3. User Conduct & Steam Subscriber Agreement
You agree to use DroidDeck only in accordance with all applicable intellectual property laws and game licensing agreements. Users must possess a legitimate Steam account and legitimate licenses to any games executed through the software. You agree to comply with Valve Corporation's Steam Subscriber Agreement when accessing Steam services.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on DroidDeck's website and software are provided on an 'as is' basis. DroidDeck makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
